Why BLACK & WHITE?

 

Black and White are achromatic - colors without hue.

 

Black is a favorite

White is a must-have

Both provide the most contrasting environment and a solid base to build up graphic works.

*Also, I love the flexibility when creating something from Black & White.

Why LINES (and dots)?

 

Lines serve a strong visual sense to me.
It is personally interesting how they could go through every element, perhaps overflow somewhere out of the frame, and generate a well-formed piece.

 

Lines and dots are a unit to construct shapes and build a finished work - mastering their nature means mastering the core of graphic design.
